Adding Collaborators

A collaborative approach enables you and your fellow team members to work on your data collection together in real-time. Invite collaborators to your study and give them permission based on what their job in the study is. This way you can control what your collaborators can see, edit or fill out.

Greenlight Guru Clinical's extensive user permission control will increase security and improve adherence to regulatory requirements.

To add collaborators:

  1. Go to [Study Name] > Collaborators

  7. Click Add collaborator. An invitation will be sent to the specified email address.
Greenlight Guru Clinical distinguishes between upper case letters and lowercase letters, so make sure to get the email address correct, or the invitation won’t be sent to the right email.

All collaborators have to have an account created in Greenlight Guru Clinical. If the desired collaborator does not have an account, he/she will be asked to create one. When the account is created, the collaborator will be automatically granted the specified permissions.

When inviting a Collaborator, who does not have an account yet, make sure the Collaborator uses the same email when creating an account as the invitation was sent to.

Notifications

Greenlight Guru Clinical will notify you and your collaborators on actions that require your attention in a form of an in-app notification or an email.
