      Import Data into STATA

      How to import into STATA

      1. Go to the top bar and click "File" → "Import" → and select "Text data (delimited, *.csv, ...)"

      2. A new dialog box appears. Select your file to import, and select semicolon as a delimiter by choosing custom and add " ; " into the box appearing to the right. Lastly, in the "Text encoding" box choose UTF-8.

      3. Click OK. To see your data open the Data Editor.
