The Slider gives the opportunity for a visual answer to a question within a range of your choice.
To create a Slider question:
- Click on the Slider in the Question types.
- Fill in the Question text.

Click on the slider options and add the min and max values. If you want to show the slider values when filling out the question select Show values. At this step, you can also add value labels to help the subject/study personnel by categorising the values, see an example in the picture at the bottom of the page.
- Press Save Form or add another question or information text.
You can add up to 5 value labels to each slider.

Slider in SMART-TRIAL:
When subjects are presented with a slider in SMART-TRIAL the layout of the slider will be something similar to the image below, depending on the number of value labels you add:
